Casualty rescued from Sinclair and Girnigoe Castle area

WICK and Duncansby Coastguard helped get a casualty from the Sinclair and Girnigoe Castle area at around 5.35pm on Tuesday.

The coastguard team assisted the Scottish Ambulance Service to get the person from the scene and get medical attention.

A coastguard spokesman said: "The casualty was safely stretchered up to the ambulance and taken for further treatment. We would like to thank members of the public for their patience while this was carried out."
