Car hits stirk at Wester bridge





Police officers are currently attending the scene of a motoring accident in which a stirk (young bullock or heifer) was hit by a car at Wester bridge on the A99.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a cow struck by a car on the A99 near Reiss around 5.20pm on Friday, 5 November.

"Officers are currently at the scene."
