Car flips after Thurso road collision

At least one vehicle has been written off after a road collision on a Thurso street on Thursday, August 3.

There were no reported injuries after the incident on Royal Terrace but the owner of the parked car that was hit states that his car was removed by a recovery truck as a write-off.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.50pm on Thursday, 3 August, 2023, police were called to Royal Terrace in Thurso following a report of a car colliding with a parked vehicle.

“One motorist was issued with a fixed penalty notice and recovery was arranged.”
