A community group is appealing for local volunteers for weekly driving duties in Wick.

Wick and East Caithness Church and Community Transport is looking for people who can drive a minibus to transport older members of the community to Tesco on Thursday mornings for their shopping.

New drivers of the minibus will be asked to spend a short time with one of the minibus volunteers before the first duty takes place to ensure that they can drive and park the minibus safely and comfortably.

Anyone interested in helping is asked to call Anne and Francis Dunnett on 01955 605180.
