Caithness stops for Alzheimer Scotland’s Memory Bus
A BUS providing information and advice for people living with dementia is to visit the county.
Alzheimer Scotland’s Memory Bus is a mobile information unit which has been touring Scotland and throughout Dementia Awareness Week – which runs from June 2 to 8 – it will be in Caithness and Sutherland.
The service is aimed at people who are worried about their memory or those who care for someone with a memory problem.
In partnership with the NHS, the leading dementia charity in Scotland will be at Castletown car park on Monday, June 2, at 10am; in Lidl Thurso car park at 11.30am and at 2pm in Tesco Thurso car park.
On Tuesday, June 3, it will be at the Lybster Community Centre at 10am, Tesco Wick car park at 12pm and at the Co-op Wick car park at 2.30pm.

The van will visit Armadale doctor’s surgery car park on June 5 at 10.30am, Bettyhill monument car park at 1pm and Melvich Village Hall at 2.45pm.
