Caithness family history research event will help you find your ancestors





Caithness Family History Society (CFHS) has an online event on September 12 that will help anyone wishing to research their ancestral roots.

CFHS starts its new season of monthly talks with an online virtual event called "Family History Research – Further Tips and Hints".

The speaker is experienced family and local historian Anne Fraser, who has worked at the Highland Archive Centre in Inverness since 1997. Anne loves compiling family trees for people and also enjoys delivering talks, classes, workshops and other outreach events.

Her presentation will help those who are trying to research their ancestors.

The event is on Tuesday, September 12 at 7pm. To register, email caithnessfhs@btinternet.com by Friday, September 8.
