Caithness couple accused of stealing Network Rail property

A Caithness couple have appeared at Wick Sheriff Court accused of stealing property belonging to Network Rail.
Ian Appleby (46) and his partner Elizabeth Howe (48) made no declaration during a brief appearance on petition, in private, before Sheriff Mark Lindsay, at Wick, today.
Both were granted bail with special conditions.
