Bower driver 'failed to comply with breath tests' Wick court told

A driver suspected of drink-driving is alleged to have failed to comply with requests for three samples of breath.

Gary Pilkington, of Thura Place, Bower, pleaded not guilty at Wick Sheriff Court today and will stand trial on April 16.

The 43-year-old is accused of having failed to co-operate with a roadside breath test on December 12, last year, and two follow-up tests at Wick Police Station.
