Berry Good goes down a treat at Ingliston

IT was a ‘berry’ good day for a Caithness vodka manufacturer after they scooped a prestigious award at the Royal Highland Show.

Berry Good were named as the Country Lifestyle Supplier of the Year at the Scottish Farmer Agricultural Supplier Awards in Ingliston on Thursday.

The company, which was established by Jill Brown in 2008 produce fruit-flavoured vodka, from the company’s premises in Watten.

Their products are sold at small and independent stores across the country as well as in Caithness.

Berry Good meanwhile unveiled its new blackcurrent vodka product to showgoers during the four day event.

It was also a successful day for Wick-based Hilltop Horses who were a finalist in the equestrian supplier of the year category.
