An arrest warrant has been issued for an alleged drink-driver who failed to turn up for his case at Wick Sheriff Court and wasn't represented.

Lewis Riley (34) is accused of having driven a van with excess alcohol and without a licence for his appropriate class of vehicle.

Riley, of St George's Close, Colne, Lancashire, is said to have had a breath-alcohol level of 32 mcg – the legal limit is 22 mcg.

He has yet to enter a plea to the offences, which are alleged to have occurred in Sinclair Terrace, Wick, on February 14.
