Anna from Wick is a dancing champ just like her mum in 1998

A young girl from Wick has followed in her mum’s footsteps by winning a major accolade for her dancing skills.

Eleven-year-old Anna Thain recently became the 82nd Pre Championship winner from the Elise Lyall School of Dance.
Anna won her title at the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance Championships held in Paisley in March.
Anna is following in the footsteps of her mum Carys, who was the 16th Elise Lyall dancer to win her title in Musselburgh in 1998.
