Ackergill Tower in line for top wedding award
ACKERGILL Tower has been shortlisted as one of four finalists in the annual Scottish Wedding Awards 2015.
The AmaZing Venues property is a world-renowned luxury venue which following extensive renovations has been transformed and is now available for weddings and exclusive hire.
With a 3000-acre site, the 16th-century castle offers accommodation for 68 overnight guests and can cater for weddings with up to 200 guests. People can also stay in its luxury Treehouse suite which is reputed to be the largest tree house in Europe.
The venue will find out in February whether it has been lucky enough to win the top prize.
Managing director of AmaZing Venues Suzanne Taylor is delighted Ackergill Tower has been nominated.
