900 head of store cattle at Caithness Livestock Centre

Caithness Livestock Centre’s annual show and sale of store cattle on April 1 has attracted 900 head of store cattle and 10 Young Farmers’ overwintered animals.

The show of Young Farmers’ calves will be judged by Blair Duffton from Huntly at 8.30am, followed by the show of store cattle at 9am.

Monday’s sale at Quoybrae will commence at 10am, with prize winners at followed by the Young Farmers’ overwintered animals.

Included in the sale of 900 store cattle are 100 Aberdeen-Angus cattle.
