MURRAY - Peacefully, on Monday, 7th September, 2020, after a long illness borne with extraordinary courage, Catherine, aged 83 years, former teacher at Miller Academy, died in her home, 4 Pentland Crescent, Thurso, surrounded by her family. Wife of the late Willie Murray, loving mum of Fiona and the late John, mother-in-law of Charlie, gran of Mathew and Kirsty, great-gran of Kaitlyn and loving friend of Margaret. Catherine was a very dear person and was much loved. She will be greatly missed by her family, her friends and all who knew her. Due to current restrictions the funeral service is private. No flowers please but donations, if desired, can be sent to North Highland Cancer Information and Support Centre. Any cheques can be made payable to N.H.C.I.S.C and sent direct to 5A High Street, Thurso.
