MOWAT Peacefully, at Caithness General Hospital, Wick, on Sunday, 21st April, 2024, Elsie Mowat (nee Steven), beloved wife of the late John, loving mam to Don and Steven, dear mother-in-law to Vivienne and devoted nana to Jamie and Daniel. A much loved sister to Billy and Frank and friend to many. Funeral from Church of Scotland Canisbay on Friday, 3rd May, service commencing at 1pm; thereafter to Canisbay Cemetery.
