GREEN - It is with great sorrow the family announce Andrew unexpectedly passed away, at home in Ardtoe, Acharacle, Scotland, in the sunroom with its view over Kentra Bay, which he loved so much, on Tuesday, 1st August, 2023. Andrew, a chartered accountant qualified at Hemsley Miller & Co, after qualifying he specialised in Insolvecy & Company Recovery. An avid car fanatic he was a member of the RREC, MG, NG, M.C.C., Volvo & Jaguar owners club. Also a lifelong member of the Old Union Canal Society and numerous railway restoration projects. A passionate sailor with connections to the Royal Thames Yacht Club. A connoisseur of wines and whisky with membership to both society's. Loved and adored by his wife Margaret. Will be sadly missed by brothers John and William (Bill), nephew Andy and family, brother-in-law Mike and family and all who knew him. Private funeral. Celebrations of his life and antics will be held at later dates to be confirmed around the UK.
