FRASER - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce Caroline, née Maxwell, on Monday, 5th February, 2024. Joyce passed away peacefully, at home with her family by her side, aged 54 years. Beloved wife of Norman, much loved mum to Kirsty and Louise. Sadly missed, by all her friends and family. Funeral service within Halkirk Church of Scotland, on Thursday, 15th February, service commencing at 11.00am, thereafter to Halkirk Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be given at the service in aid of local charities.
