SIMPSON - Carol and family would like to thank family and friends for all their kindness, cards, messages, calls, flowers, baking, meals, and visits following the sad loss of Jimmy; it was warmly received and greatly appreciated. A massive thank you to Sinclair Dunnett and his staff for their exceptional care, kindness and support, ensuring that everything went the way Jimmy wanted. Thank you to Murray Campbell for his comfort to the family and his personal and compassionate service. To Buds 'n' Blooms for the beautiful floral arrangements and The Pentland Hotel for the lovely catering. Thank you to the Longhope and Thurso lifeboat crews for the amazing tribute they gave to Jimmy. Special thanks to Sharon and Suzie from Scottish Ambulance Service and both the A&E and nursing staff at Caithness General Hospital for all they did for Jimmy and the family during his short stay there. They would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at Popeye's, Norky and Jim, for their quick response and for making Jimmy comfortable. Finally, a big thank you to everyone who attended Jimmy's funeral and for the very generous sum of £2011.40 donated, which will be shared between Thurso RNLI and Fishermen's Mission.
