MILLER - Anne and family would like to thank relatives and friends for their expressions of sympathy with cards, calls, flowers and baking following the sad loss of David. Thanks also to Sanders Harper and colleagues for their kindness, the doctors, nurses, paramedics and a special thank you to all the carers who came every day for the last year to help care for David.
