CORMACK - The family of the late William (Billy) Anderson Cormack, Roadside, Bilbster, would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all relatives, friends and neighbours, near and far, for their kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy and support shown to them by way of letters, cards, telephone calls, visits and flowers on their sad loss of Billy. They would like to thank Rev John Nugent for conducting the comforting and uplifting service in Wick St Fergus Church of Scotland and at the graveside, to George Dunnett and staff of Dunnett’s Funeral Directors for their professional and sensitive handling of the funeral arrangements, to Mackays Hotel for refreshments and the lovely food provided after the funeral. To all nurses and carers who attended Billy over the last few years and provided him with such great care, love and attention allowing him to remain in his beloved home. Finally, their heartfelt thanks to all the people who paid their last respects both at the service in Wick St Fergus Church of Scotland and at Wick Cemetery and to all who donated so generously at the service. In Billy’s memory, the sum of £690 will be shared between the Laurandy Centre, Caithness Rural Transport and Wick St Fergus Church of Scotland.
