Alan Hendry is chief reporter for the Wick-based John O'Groat Journal and Caithness Courier, covering news and sport. He has been with the company and its predecessors for 40 years. He was editor of the Groat and Courier from 1988-2008 before spending 10 years in an Inverness-based role, working mostly on supplements and magazines.
