Deaths

CORMACK - Alan, peacefully in the loving arms of Elizabeth, his beloved wife, soulmate and best friend and with his family by his side, on the 18th June, 2017, in the tender care of the Highland Hospice, Inverness. Son of the late Duncan and Elsie Cormack, son-in-law of Mary and the late Magnus Sutherland, very special big brother and brother-in-law to Bruce, Graham, Fiona, Evelyn, Catherine, Ian, Paul and Karen and devoted uncle to Claire, Craig, Kim, Sam, Drew, Rory and Eilidh. Funeral service at St Peter's and St Andrew's Church, Thurso, at 12 noon, on Saturday, 24th June, thereafter to Thurso Cemetery. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for the Bank Row Memorial Garden Fund, may be given at the service or forwarded to Dunnett's Funeral Directors, Ormlie Lodge, Ormlie Road, Thurso.
STOUT - Suddenly at home, on 15th June, 2017, Sheelagh (née Brown), 5 Gill Pier, Westray, Orkney. Sadly missed by Tim, Malcolm, Lorna, family and friends.
GILLESPIE - Very suddenly, on Sunday, 18th June, 2017, Elizabeth (Lizzie), aged 30 years, of 98 Marr Terrace, Thurso, loving mum of Logan and Owen, a much loved daughter, sister, aunty and a dear friend to many. ROSS - Peacefully, at Caithness General Hospital, Wick, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, 20th June, 2017, Alexander Ross (Mansy), doting father of Amanda and Gregor, much loved brother, uncle and grandad.
