Two golfers from Caithness in North team for Scottish County Championships

TWO golfers from clubs in Caithness have been called up to the North team to compete at the Scottish Women’s County Finals.

Eleanor Tunn from Reay and Laura Durrand from Thurso have been selected in the eight player squad which will compete at Eyemouth Golf Club.

Nairn Dunbar Golf Club members Iona Reid and Kaci Robertson along with Carinne Taylor from Nairn Golf Club have been also been chosen.

Also selected are Caitlin Boa and Cara Thompson from Royal Dornoch and Ellie Docherty from Moray.

The competition begins on Friday when North face Midlothian. North then face Lanarkshire on Saturday and play Borders in the final match on Sunday.
