The seniors trophy in Wick Golf Club's D J Lamont Memorial Open competition was won by Ali McDonald (left), who received the cup from the late Mr Lamont's daughter, Fiona Potts.

The handicap trophy went to Alan Farquhar (right), with the trophy being handed over by Murray Lamont, while his daughter Jen presented the scratch trophy to Dougie Thorburn.

All three trophy-winners are members of Wick Golf Club.

Looking on are Morag Lamont (centre) along with Murray's wife Ellie and some of the other prize-winners.

The competition was played on Saturday after being postponed from last month.

A total of 54 players took to the course for the 36-hole annual competition.
