Seaforth ladies earn a share of the points against Comm





Wintry weather disrupted this week’s fixtures in Wick and District Darts League with four games having to be postponed.

Seaforth ladies held Comm to a draw in the second division, with Alison Tait beating Duncan Winfield 3-0 and Freda Perry winning 3-1 against Ian McDonald.

Tait also hit her second ton-plus finish of the season in 104.

Results – Division One: Harper’s “B” 4, Old Smiddy Inn 4; RBL 5, Seaforth 3; Castletown Poachers 8, Queen’s 0.

Division Two: Seaforth ladies 4, Comm 4; Smiddy “3” 7, Seaforth “C” 1.

Maximums (9): Ali Simpson (RBL) x3, Ryan Campbell (Seaforth) x2, Aidan Sutherland (Castletown Poachers) x2, David Taylor (Smiddy “3”) and Ian McDonald (Comm), both one each.
