RB Leipster continued their 100 per cent start to the campaign in the Caithness 7s League with a good win against Halkirk.

Leipster were leading 3-0 at the break and, despite a spirited comeback from Halkirk, did enough to see them off.

Green Road and Young Spurs played out a turgid battle. Young Spurs absorbed a lot of pressure, but either team could have nicked it in the end. Colts and Groats had comfortable victories against the two new teams who are both trying to find their feet in the league.
