Listen: Balls & Whistles episode 17 – Ross County's fate back in own hands, Highland League champions Brora Rangers lose play-off first leg, paracyclist on track for Paralympics and more!
There was good and bad to talk about this week, as Brora Rangers suffered a disappointing defeat in the first leg of their pyramid play-off semi final against Kelty Hearts, but Ross County's Premiership fate is back in their own hands after an impressive 2-0 win away at Dundee United.
Both sides face crunch ties over the next few days, with the Cattachs needing to overturn their deficit at Kelty and County potentially able to secure safety if they beat Hamilton next Wednesday and other results go their way.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle's season is over, so thoughts are turning to evaluating the campaign with player of the year choices - and what's next, with Daniel MacKay's imminent move to Hibernian potentially just the first of a summer exodus from the Highland capital.
Paracyclist Fin Graham has been back in action to great effect, leading a British 1-2-3 in Flanders last weekend as he gears up for the Paralympics later this year, while there is also news on a successful fundraiser from Ross Sutherland Rugby Club.
