It's play-off central on Balls & Whistles! Ross County have slipped back into the Premiership's play-off spot, Inverness Caledonian Thistle's chances of making the top four in the Championship took a hit and Brora Rangers don't even know if they will get their chance at promotion.

Will and Andrew discuss the last week's results and performances, and the knock on impact that could have on those clubs' ambitions, as well as covering the latest updates from the Highland League.

Many other sports and clubs will be looking forward to returning when restrictions begin to ease on Monday, and Highland Boxing Club are one of those desperate to get members back in the gym. That does not mean head coach Liam Foy will be rushing into anything before his athletes are ready though...
