LOTS of fun was had at Caithness Riding Club's latest jumping competition held at the indoor school in Halkirk.
Billed as a fun jumping day, the event attracted riders of all levels and proved particularly appealing to the junior members of the club.
The smooth running of the competition was helped by a willing band of helpers and Liam Mackenzie's birthday cakes went down a treat.
Last weekend the club held an instructional clinic with popular local instructor James Munro.
Saturday's flat lessons were cancelled due to the weather, but the jumping sessions on Sunday went ahead with a tremendous amount of riders taking advantage of the training.
The next event on the calendar is a clinic with a top Scottish coach and event rider David Gatherer on March 14-15. Bookings are now being taken.
