Fun Christmas jumpers at Halkirk

Caithness Riding Club members got in the spirit of Christmas on Saturday with a festive themed fun jumping event.
Held at the indoor school at Halkirk, a number of competitors provided a splash of colour with a good display of Christmas jumpers, tinsel and fairy lights.
Winning the fancy dress prize for the seniors was Sylvia Stewart with her horse Salty, while in the juniors first place went to Leoni Kennedy and Sov.
A total of 29 horses and ponies were entered in the jumping classes which took place in the outdoor arena while the warm up was indoors.
