Caithness Krakens have a crunch match in Aberdeen on Saturday when they face the Quines.
The sides are battling to claim a place in the last four of the Scottish national Bowl.
Both are unbeaten in their Caledonia north pool and a win for the city side would see them through.
Caithness took the honours 26-22 in the Caley North Women's League match at Millbank at the start of December.
"We're expecting a similarly close match on Saturday," said Krakens coach Mike Flavell.
"We just nipped it by a couple of kicks but I believe they travelled a few short so we will have to be at our best to get a result on Saturday."
The Krakens will be without their captain Emmie Smith, who is ruled out with a head knock she sustained in the 46-0 away win over Dundee Valkyries 2nds.
Flanker Donna Edwards also misses out as she is recovering from Covid.
Centre Shannon Pasotti is fit to return though she is likely to start on the bench.
Olivia Henderson is to travel up from Edinburgh, where she is at university.
The Krakens' final pool match is at home to Peterhead on April 9.
