Class winners at JGC Open shooting competition

Shooters from across Caithness competed in the JGC Engineering and Technical Services Open at Lieurary Hall on Saturday.

The final was competed at 25 yards with two cards per person on two separate details. The X-Class winner was Rogni Brown (Pentland) with a combined score of 197.

The A-Class winner was Peter Richard (Pentland) with 196, while B-Class was won by Jim Manson (Westfield) with 191.

Lynsey Thain (Watten) took the honours in C-Class with 186 and D-Class was won by Grace Campbell (Halkirk) with a score of 183.

The match winners in each class were decided on best gun score over two cards.
