Woman charged after car collision in Wick

Traffic was diverted from the scene of an incident on Francis Street in Wick earlier this afternoon when a car smashed into parked vehicles.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 12.25pm police were called after a car collided with two parked cars in Francis Street, Wick.
"Emergency services attended and the female driver was charged and will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with road traffic offences."
