Wick man denies trio of sex charges

A Wick man is alleged to have had extreme pornographic images in his possession.

It is one of three sexual-related charges that Kevin Macdonald denies.

The 31-year-old is also accused of having an indecent image of a child and failing to comply with a no-contact bail condition by repeatedly communicating with a female online and arranging to collect her in his car and take her to his home address.

Macdonald, of Thurso Road, Wick, denies the charges and is due to stand trial at Wick Sheriff Court on May 13.

The offences are said to have been committed between May 21, 2020 and June 27, 2023, at a house in Thurso.
