The head chef of Forss House Hotel, Andrew Smith, participated in a half-hour cooking demonstration on the stage in the local business tent on Saturday afternoon.

Watched by a healthy group of onlookers, Andrew said the turnout across the entire show across the day was a fantastic achievement, and hoped his demonstration would bring patrons to Forss House, and inspire a number of budding chefs in the future.
