The Scottish SPCA (SSPCA) has launched a new Winter Raffle to raise funds for the animals in the care of their animal rescue and rehoming centres across Scotland.

Scotland’s animal welfare charity will be offering a top prize of £1000 and ten runner up prizes of £50.

People who enter before the December 13 will also be entered in to an early bird competition to win a luxury cottage and hot tub stay at Dalnaglar Castle Estate in the stunning southern Cairgorms.

SSPCA chief executive, Kirsteen Campbell, said: “We are very excited to announce the launch of our new Winter Raffle.

“Playing the raffle is a great way for people to help us give the animals in our centres the care they need, and we’ve never needed that support more. People can play for just £1 per ticket, to be in with the chance of winning some amazing prizes.

“We decided to reintroduce our raffle because it was always popular, and we know people will be pleased it’s coming back. We hope it will be a fun way to raise funds for Scotland’s animals."
