MOVIE fans in the north coast will get an opportunity to see the final Harry Potter film when the Screen Machine visits the area next month.

Audiences in Durness and Bettyhill will be able to experience the film in 3D when it is screened in September.

Fans will be able to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part Two) – the film which has been breaking box office records around the world as audiences find out how JK Rowling’s saga ends.

The 80-seat digital cinema will also be screening the latest Ewan McGregor comedy-drama, Beginners, smash-hit US comedy Bridesmaids and the animated Pixar sequel, Cars 2.

Ron Inglis, director of Regional Screen Scotland, the organisation behind Screen Machine, is delighted with the public response to the Harry Potter film.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the success of the new film and will be keeping it on the tour so that even more fans can experience it with their friends and family. We’d urge fans to book their seats early to avoid disappointment.”

The Screen Machine will be at The Square in Durness on September 8 and in the main car park in Bettyhill on September 9 and 10.
