Police investigate break-in at Crown Bar in Wick





Police in Wick are currently investigating a break-in at a popular bar in the town at the weekend.

Officers were alerted to the scene at the Crown Bar on High Street in the early hours of Saturday morning and were seen investigating surrounding areas.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a theft housebreaking to business premises in High Street, Wick on Saturday, 7 September, 2024. Enquiries are ongoing.”

The building was surrounded by police and a cordon put in place after the incident had been reported.
