Police appeal as driver fails to stop after collision near Thurso

Police in Caithness say a car failed to stop after being involved in a collision near Thurso on Sunday.

Officers are appealing for information after the collision, which occurred at 12.40pm on the A836 at Scrabster Hill, one mile west of Thurso.

A black car which was involved failed to stop and continued to travel west towards Reay.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
