A fun day marking the Queen's Platinum Jubilee raised £2000 for Noss Primary School funds.

Pupils, family members and school staff joined together in the sunshine for the successful event last Wednesday.

Parent council chairperson Anne-Marie Coghill, who organised the fun day, said: “The parent council embraces the whole Noss community, making it all the more heart-warming to see generations of families come out and enjoy the fun with us all.

"School events truly are a team effort. The generosity of time, creativity and donations flowing from our community strengthens our camaraderie with everyone seeking the same outcome – let’s create memories for the kids.

"We sincerely thank everyone for coming together to help achieve this."
