Motorcyclist made off at speed in Thurso after being stopped by cops

Police are hunting for a motorcyclist who sped off after being stopped by officers in Thurso town centre.

The blue and white motorcycle, which has partial vehicle registration mark of CDV, made off from police and travelled at high speeds through the town.

Officers in Thurso want to speak to any potential witnesses or suspects in relation to an incident of dangerous driving.

The incident occurred around 1.35pm on Sunday, April 25, on Sir George's Street/A9, Brabster Street, Janet Street and Riverside Road, Thurso.

Police are asking for any sightings, dashcam footage or positive identification of the motorcycle registration mark, and can be contacted on 101.
