WICK’S Pulteney Centre is the venue for a funding event on Wednesday, June 12 (10am-1pm).

Funders attending are the National Lottery Community Fund, Caithness and North Sutherland Fund, Tesco Green Space and Beatrice offshore wind farm community fund, with Foundation Scotland talking about the local funds available.

The National Lottery Community Fund has six funding schemes open at the moment, offering grants for a range of projects.

Caithness Voluntary Group development officer Yvonne Hendry said: “If you are looking for funding for a project then this is an opportunity to come along and find out what funds are out there."

There will be time to ask the funders questions and if someone wants to make a one-to-one appointment with any funder they can book it with Yvonne.

To book a space, contact Yvonne Hendry (01955 609960; yvonne@cvg.org.uk) or Helen McKay (helen@cvg.org.uk; 01955 603453).
