Councillors agree £2000 for Castletown Community Council

Caithness members of Highland Council have allocated £2000 to Castletown Community Council to help with the purchase of a mower and strimmer for use by the village officer. The ward discretionary funding was agreed by the Thurso and Northwest Caithness councillors.

Members in the Wick and East Caithness ward approved £500 for Caithness Community Connections to help with the group's community response to the pandemic.
