Glampers booked for next year's Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival receive assurances from organisers after collapse of yurt provider Cloudhouses

Organisers of the Highlands’ biggest music festival are seeking to assure glampers that next year’s bookings made through them are safe following the collapse of a yurt provider.
Tickets for the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, twice cancelled in 2020 and 2021 amid the pandemic, were made fully transferable to 2022.
But with the yurt firm Cloudhouses now in liquidation, the Bella team is seeking to ease concerns that glamping purchases might be lost.
A statement by organisers reads: “We have received the very sad news today that our friends and colleagues at Cloudhouses have gone into liquidation.
“The pandemic has left them with no source of income, no source of funding and they simply haven’t managed to survive what has been a truly difficult 15 months in the event industry.
“After a long and fabulous working relationship with them, we are beyond gutted to lose a key part of our festival family.
“For those of you that have booked glamping with Cloudhouses, either direct or via Skiddle, please be assured: your main Belladrum tickets along with any other tickets (restaurant, friendly flush, Club clan Bella) etc are all safe and secure.”
Those who purchased a cloudhouses glamping ticket via Skiddle will be offered packages from a new supplier in coming months.
The statement added: “We will email you once we have firmed up our offering, which we are aiming to be a replica of what we were offering via Cloudhouses. There is no need for you to do anything, just sit tight and we will be in touch.
“If you purchased a cloudhouses glamping ticket via Cloudhouses themselves, you will receive an email directly from them with information on the liquidation process and what it entails.
“If you booked a Limelife bell tent glamping ticket or a Pitch Village glamping ticket, these are still valid and being delivered by these suppliers.”
The organisers say all other Belladrum tickets remain safe, secure and valid.
Belladrum’s glamping partners Pitch Village and Limelife still have availability, with tickets on sale direct via Skiddle.
New glamping packages and returned festival weekend tickets will go on sale later this summer.
