SWANSON - Surrounded by his loving family in Caithness General Hospital, Wick, on Monday, 2nd September, 2019, after a short illness bravely borne fought to the end, Donald (Donnie), retired janitor of Glenholme, Calder. Much loved husband to Liz, doting dad to Ian and Valerie and father-in-law to Doris and Jimmy, treasured grandad to Graham, Shaun, Scott and Vicky, loving great-grandad to Ashley, Danny and Marnie, a dear brother to George and Patty and the late Teen and Jamsie. Funeral service within Halkirk Church of Scotland, on Friday, 6th September, service commencing at 12.00 noon, thereafter to Halkirk Cemetery. All family and friends respectfully invited. Immediate family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be given at the service in aid of Halkirk and Princes Street Surgery and Rosebank Ward in Caithness General Hosptial.
