SUTHERLAND - After a short illness, George, aged 73 years, of Bardnaheigh, Halkirk, passed away in his home, on Tuesday, 15th October, 2019. Beloved husband of Wendy, dearest father of Elaine, Alan and the late Alexander, father-in-law to Ben, Sandra and Laura, a devoted grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service within Halkirk Church of Scotland, on Thursday, 24th October, service commencing at 12 noon, thereafter to Halkirk Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations,if desired, may be given at the service in aid of local district nurses and Macmillan Cancer Support.
