Loving daughter of the late Christina and Henry MacDonald (Caithness). Beloved sister of Sheena and the late Ishbel, Iain and June, much loved aunt of Audrey, Lynne and June and cherished great-aunt of Jenna, Arran, Maia and Cohen. She was a great friend to many. LAING (nee Taylor). (Torphins/Banchory/Largs/Thurso). Sadly, Joyce Edith passed away, on 2nd August, 2024, after a long fight with cancer, bravely fought over many years. She was born on 22nd August, 1955 and was the youngest daughter of the late Ian and Nellie Taylor. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Loving wife to David, devoted mother to Steven and Kenneth, caring sister to Ann and nephew Neil and all the wider family pay tribute to her courage, resilience and selfless love. Never to be forgotten. Her funeral service will be held at Mid-Deeside Parish Church, Torphins, on Wednesday, 14th August at 2pm; followed by interment at Torphins Cemetery.
