FALCONER - Evelyn and family would like to thank friends, family and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy received, in the way of cards, 'phone calls and flowers, following the sad loss of Ian. Grateful thanks to the wonderful carers, nurses and paramedics who treated Ian with so much tender loving care and immense dignity. Many thanks also to Shirley, the Macmillan nurse and all the doctors who treated Ian with the utmost respect. Sincere thanks to Karen and Sinclair of Dunnett's for their efficient, sensitive and compassionate support at such a difficult time. They thank Linda most warmly for her very uplifting and comforting service and Richard for his exceptional musical tribute to Ian. Thank you also to the Seaforth Club where everyone enjoyed soup and sandwiches provided by The Corner Cafe. Finally, sincere thanks to everyone who attended the service and/or the cemetery to pay their last respects. A total of £1114.35 was collected for the local branch of Macmillan Cancer Support.
