WICK’S award-winning Pulteney House has been praised for maintaining high standards of care for residents in a report by the Care Inspectorate.

An inspector from the care home watchdog conducted a spot check on two categories at the NHS Highland-run facility in Wick and reported that standards have been maintained at a “very high quality” since the last inspection.

Following the three-day unannounced visit, the independent regulator of social care and social work services stated: “Throughout our inspection, people expressed very high levels of satisfaction.”
