Politicians speaking at the Caithness hospitals protest on Saturday.


POLITICIANS from all four major parties spoke at the Caithness Hospitals Protest which took place in Thurso and Wick on Saturday.

Far North MSP Gail Ross (SNP) and MP Jamie Stone (Liberal Democrat) along with Highlands and Islands MSP's Rhoda Grant (Labour) and Edward Mountain (Conservative) spoke at public talks at Thurso High School and Wick Assembly Rooms about the future of Dunbar Hospital in Thurso along with Town and County Hospital and Caithness General Hospital in Wick.



The talks came after marches in both towns which each attracted over 1000 people in Thurso and Wick on Saturday.
